Thoughts out loud

Don’t be afraid dear, you have been through a-lot I know, but you have always found your way back… things work out and life goes on… 

But let’s revise some lessons: 

1- Do good, be good not only to good people but to everyone. 

2- Clean your heart and intentions, I know you better than anyone and I know you have some dark and evil thoughts, its normal but don’t ever give up to your evil thoughts! Remember we can’t control our thoughts, but we control how we deal with it.

3- Don’t be afraid to be alone, remember the greatest things happened to you when you were alone, all the mental and spiritual growth, and even the physical.

4- Don’t prove yourself to anyone, no body cares and no body deserves. 

5- Don’t give up, rest whenever you need but continue.

6- Consistency is the key to a better future. 

7- Live now as it is, take it all in and remember the only way out is through.

8- Invest in yourself and your relationship with God. Your relationship with God is your greatest investment.

9- Let go of anything no longer serves you. It’s not selfish its maturity.

10- Take care of your body, it’s from god and it has some of god’s light (Nour) in it.

11- Look for the light (nour) inside you first, and keep the connection between you and your sheikh (spiritual guide) never lose it.

12- Don’t compare yourself to anyone, we all are unique and special in our own weird ways.

13- Don’t be afraid to change, I know its not easy but it’s doable.

14-  Growth Hurts, but it’s worth it.

15- Let Go of negativity.

16- Sit with yourself and listen to it at least once a week.

17- Practice gratitude daily, every single detail in your life was never granted, realize every blessing in every moment.

18- Keep an open mind and heart to receive and develop.

19- Trust your guts always, even if it’s wrong means there is a lesson that you need to learn.

20- Stay in LOVE with life, best way to say thank you God is to live your life trying your best.

21- Don’t wait for things to happen, keep happening.

22- Stay humble, and remember nothing is ever guaranteed.

23- You are never rejected, you are protected and redirected and guided by God.
